Our diverse workforce includes some 219 faculty members and 336 staff members employed in academic, support, and enrichment departments throughout the academy. In June 1978 more than 10,000 alumni, parents, and friends gathered on campus to celebrate Andover’s 200th birthday and Abbot Academy’s 150th.
