Consortium Colleges & Universities

IRT’s consortium of 41 colleges and universities are critical to IRT successes. By admitting and funding IRT students to their Master’s and Ph.D. programs in the humanities, social sciences, arts, education, computer science, and mathematics, our consortium are key collaborators in our program delivery.

Alumni Collaboration

The IRT Alumni Recruiters provide a way for IRT alumni and friends to support the IRT’s recruiting efforts. As an Alumni Recruitment volunteer, you host an information session on your campus, interview prospective students and give back to the IRT. IRT has achieved breakthrough results in the quality and diversity of our applicant pool due to the partnership of the our Alumni Recruiters. Each year, approximately 30% of our applications come from alumni referrals. If you are interested in supporting recruitment at the IRT, contact us at [email protected].

IRT alumni collaborate with IRT in several other important ways, including supporting IRT alumni regional events, hosting IRT recruitment events, working directly with IRT students as volunteer advisors and mentors, and serving on the IRT advisory board and as summer workshop faculty.
