Academic Choices
Students may select one of the following choices, paying close attention to grade and residency requirements.
UPPER SCHOOL BOARDING STUDENTS
- For pre-9th through pre-12th grade students
- Includes one major, one minor or extended minor, college counseling and an activity.
ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE INSTITUTE
- For pre-9th through pre-12th grade students
- Boarding or day
- Includes one ESL major, one ESL minor or extended ESL minor, college counseling and an activity.
UPPER SCHOOL DAY STUDENTS
- For pre-9th through pre-12th grade students
- Includes a choice of one or two courses and/or an activity
- Intensive Writing Workshop
Three week writing program, July 5th through July 23rd
- College Prep Institute
For pre-11th through pre-12th grade students
Includes the College Essay Writing Major, a choice of minor or extended minor and the College Counseling Program.<1i/>
LOWER SCHOOL INSTITUTES
- For pre-8th grade students
- Boarding or day
- Includes a choice of two interdisciplinary institutes.
