Andover magazine presents three unique covers for winter issue
by Allyson Irish

The cover of the Winter 2018 Andover magazine is unusual—it tripled!

“Tech for Good” is inspired by the campaign theme of Knowledge & Goodness. Through a series of alumni profiles, we showcase technology innovations in a wide range of industries from health care and finance, to beauty and education.

The three alumni featured on the covers— Hadley Soutter Arnold ’82, Atima Lui ’08, and Jake Barton ’90—also present a trajectory of business models. Arnold has recently created a green tech solution aimed at addressing the problem of limited drinking water. Lui’s new company uses tech to allow women of every skin tone to access beauty and fashion items, and established designer Barton pushes tech boundaries to tell history-shaping stories.

You can read these stories along with additional photos, audio and video clips on our magazine pages. If you have suggestions of other alumni whose work embodies “Tech for Good,” please share on Twitter with @AndoverMagazine and @PhillipsAcademy.
