Self-Serve Portal for PA Branded Items

In an effort to be more efficient, on brand, and cost effective, the Office of Communication has collaborated with Minuteman Printing to offer Academy employees a new, easy-to-use online portal for ordering office stationery.

Please use this portal to order business cards, letterhead, stationery, envelopes, notepads, and other items. This will expedite the process of ordering by eliminating the need to purchase through Central Services or the Office of Communication. All products offered on the portal are consistent with the Academy’s brand standards for color, paper stock, and font.

Directions to Access Online Stationery Portal

  1. Go to Minuteman website portal (Pro Tip: Bookmark this page)
  2. Top right, go to “My Account”
  3. Login: [email protected]
    Password: PAprint1778
  4. Left side, go to “My custom templates”
  5. Product information is available

To Order:

  1. Choose product. Even if there is no editing (such as for envelopes), click on “Start Editing This Product” to move forward.
  2. If you have edits to make, double click in the appropriate boxes and add text.
  3. Once done making changes, click “Finish Design.”
  4. Review and check box, “I have reviewed and approve my design” and click on “Approve Design.” Note: This is the only proof you will review. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, you may choose to send them a screenshot to approve the text.
  5. Click “Approve Location.”
  6. Choose Quantity.
  7. Delivery. *** Regardless of when you want delivery, please choose the “Standard Delivery” option so that there will be no charge when you checkout.
  8. Special Instructions Box. *** In this box, please indicate delivery instructions: name of person, phone number, and specific building and address. Do not use 180 Main Street. Please specify days you are available to receive deliveries.
  9. On the next page, fill in contact details.
  10. Click “Review Order.” *** Make sure Delivery says $0. If not, please double check that the correct delivery option is selected (see above step #6)
  11. Enter Payment: A credit card is required for purchase.
