CAMD names next dean

Aquita Winslow will join Andover this summer

Aquita Winslow, from Polytechnic School in Pasadena, California, has been named Dean of Community and Multicultural Development (CAMD). With more than 25 years of experience in student-facing roles, Aquita is eager to advance CAMD's mission to nurture and strengthen an inclusive school culture. A skilled practitioner of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, she has served as a librarian, teacher, coach, and grade-level dean. In each of these roles, she has sought to create environments that inspire lifelong learning. Wilson will join the Andover community this summer.
