Sarah has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 12 years and has worked at Phillips Academy since 2013. Sarah graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in Neuroscience and attended Boston College School of Nursing earning a master’s degree in Pediatric Nursing. She also has additional certification as a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist. Prior to coming to Andover, Sarah worked at Lawrence General Hospital on the pediatric unit and at Andover Pediatrics, where she provided primary care to children from ages 0-18. On campus, Sarah has a special interest in working with students who are struggling with mental health issues, especially eating disorders, and teaching health education in classroom and dorm settings. During the summer, Sarah works as the Director of Clinical Services for Summer Session and enjoys working with students from all over the world.

Sarah has lived on campus since 2004 with her husband, who is a faculty member in the science department. Along with their 2 young children, they live in Stuart House and love attending Andover sporting events, hiking in the Sanctuary and riding bikes around campus. In her free time, Sarah would love to run, ski, take photographs and craft, but mostly loves being a dance and soccer mom and spending time with her family.
