Jennifer Weissbach

I choose to work at Andover because it is an intentionally diverse community where every individual is valued. I’m inspired daily by colleagues who are thoughtful, committed educators—people who care deeply about students and challenge me to grow through meaningful collaboration. What draws me most, though, is the opportunity to build authentic, lasting relationships with students. I believe education is most powerful when students feel seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create spaces where they feel safe to be themselves and to take intellectual risks. Prioritizing student well-being and fostering a sense of belonging are not just ideals for me—they’re essential to the work. Andover offers a rare environment where these values are lived out and I feel privileged to be part of it.
