Sarah H. Carroll

“I’m really excited to be part of a residential community again. I’m thrilled to immerse myself in all aspects of boarding school life.”

Sarah Carroll joined the Andover Admission Office in 2019. She previously worked in admissions and financial aid at Beaver Country Day School in Chestnut Hill, MA. “I’m really excited to be part of a residential community again,” she says. “After five years of working at a day school, I’m thrilled to immerse myself in all aspects of boarding school life.” In addition to her responsibilities in the admission office, Carroll is a house counselor in Stevens House and an assistant coach for the girls’ JV2 lacrosse team.

Carroll is an alumna of an all-girls’ boarding and day school, St. Timothy’s School in Maryland, which was transformational. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and holds a Masters degree from Goucher College. She has also worked in the admission offices at two boarding schools, Chatham Hall (VA) and Saint James School (MD). Carroll lives in Stevens with her husband, two children, and lovable basset hound, Walter. She enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, spending time outside, especially the beach!
