Events

All ACT exams on Saturday, October 17, 2026, including exams with accommodations, will be held in Davis Hall in the McKeen Building on Abbot Campus.

ACT Test Day Instructions:

The McKeen building is located at 24 School Street (on the corner of School Street and Abbot Street). Drive down Abbot Campus Road and park in the lot past Draper Hall. Walk back to McKeen Hall on the circular walkway.

Please arrive at the McKeen Building by 7:45am.  A Seating Chart will be posted in the lobby. 

Students will wait in the lobby until called into the testing room. Students will be seated at approximately 8:00am.   If you arrive after 8:00 am you are considered late and you may forfeit your seat. 

Students wishing to test on a Stand-By basis must have a Stand-By Admission Ticket available at www.actstudent.org.  Stand By testers will be listed at the end of the seating chart.

Parents are not allowed in the testing room or to remain in the testing building during the test.

Students MUST HAVE the following:

• Proper identification (driver’s license, passport, school ID) Students without ID will not be allowed to test.
• Printed Admission Ticket
• A photo uploaded to your ACT account. ACT requires students to upload a photo in order to test. Please complete this well before the photo upload deadline. If you have not received an email from ACT with instructions about uploading your photo, please check your junk/spam folder and log in to your ACT account to confirm that your photo has been submitted.

Students should bring the following:

• Sharpened #2 pencils
• A good eraser
• Approved calculator, with extra batteries

Students should not bring the following:

• Cell Phones, Smart Watches, fit bits, ear buds
• Books or papers
• Pens, highlighters, or colored pencils
• Recording or other electronic devices

Students can only be dismissed when the test finishes. ACT Core will end around 11:30-12 p.m. ACT Plus Science will end around 12:30, Plus Writing will end at approximately 1:00p.m.  Students may not be dismissed early.

Uppers PSAT — Wednesday, October 28

Registration 

• Wednesday, September 10 through 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 24 
• Registration is open to PA Uppers 
• Students will receive a registration link and register through a Google Form managed by the Standardized Testing Office. 
• Cost: $28 

Test Details 

• Date: Wednesday, October 28 
• Location: Snyder Center 
• Time: 7:45 a.m. – approximately 12:00 p.m. 
• Format: Digital exam 
• Device: Students must bring their own Mac, laptop, or iPad 

Students will take the PSAT using the College Board's Bluebook testing application. Students must have the app installed and complete the exam setup before test day. 

Test Day 

• Breakfast: Available in Commons beginning at 7:00 a.m. 
• Arrival: Students should arrive at the Snyder Center by 7:45 a.m. 
• Seating charts will be posted in the lobby. 
• The test will end at approximately 12:00 p.m. 
• Students may not be dismissed early. 
• Parents are not permitted inside the testing building at any time. 

What to Bring 

Required: 

• Approved photo ID 
• Fully charged device with the Bluebook app installed and exam setup completed 
• Power cord and/or portable charger 
• Pencil or pen 
• Approved calculator (optional—the Bluebook app includes a built-in graphing calculator) 
• External mouse, if you use one 
• External keyboard, if you use one 
  External keyboards may only be used with an iPad, not laptops 
• Drink or snacks for the break 

Scratch paper will be provided. Please do not bring your own. 

Important: Your device should be able to hold a charge for 3–4 hours, as access to an electrical outlet cannot be guaranteed. 

SAT Test Day Information – Saturday, November 7, 2026 

Location 
All SAT exams (including those with accommodations) will be held in the Snyder Center. 

Breakfast 
Available in the Commons from 7:00–8:00 AM. 

Arrival & Check-In 

• Arrive by 7:45 AM  
• Go to the Snyder lobby to find your room assignment  
• Seating charts will list your room, row, and seat  
• Students will be called to testing rooms before 8:00 AM  

Dismissal: 
Students may leave only when testing is complete (approx. 12:30 PM). 

Required Items (MUST HAVE) 

• Photo ID (school ID, driver’s license, or passport)  
• Admission Ticket (no ID or ticket = no testing)  
• Fully charged testing device  
• Bluebook app downloaded  
• Exam setup completed  
• College Board login information  

Recommended Items 

• Pencil or pen (for scratch work)  
• Approved calculator  
• Charging cord or battery pack  

Prohibited Items 

• Cell phones (except to show Admission Ticket)  
• Smartwatches, Fitbits, earbuds, or internet-enabled devices  
• Separate timers  
• Notes, books, dictionaries, or scratch paper  
• Rulers, protractors, compasses  
• Portable audio players  
• Food or drinks (except closed water bottles and snacks for breaks)
