Directions for SAT Exam on Saturday, November 2nd
All SAT exams, including those with accommodations, will be held in the Snyder Center.
Snyder Center is located at 220 South Main Street, at the intersection with Dwight Street, near mile marker 144.6. Park in the gravel lot across from the new athletic building and walk up the access road to the Snyder Center. Signs will be posted.
Test Day Instructions: Students should arrive by 7:45am. Seating charts will be posted in the lobby. They should find their name on the seating charts and determine the room, row, and seat they will test in. Students will be called to their respective test rooms prior to 8:00am. Parents are not allowed in the testing room or to remain in the building during testing.
This is a digital exam and students must bring their own testing device. They need to follow College Board emails to download Bluebook and prepare their device. If students have not completed Exam Set-up, they will not be allowed into the testing room until it is complete, and they have access to their Admission Ticket.
Students can only be dismissed when the test finishes. The digital SAT ends at approximately 11:30am. Exams with accommodations end at approximately 12:30pm. Students may not be dismissed early.
Students MUST HAVE the following:
- A picture ID (Acceptable IDs are School IDs, Driver’s License or Passports.)
- Admission Ticket -Students without an ID and Admission Ticket will not be allowed to test!
- Testing device fully charged
- Bluebook downloaded
- Exam set-up complete
- Know your College Board account log-in
Students should also bring:
- Pencil or pen for scratch work
- Approved calculator
- Charging cords and or charging brick
Students should not bring the following:
- Cell phones (can be used only for presenting Admission Ticket).
- Smart watches, fit bits, ear buds, any device that can access the internet
- Separate timers of any type
- Notes, books, dictionaries, or scratch paper
- Rulers, protractors, or compass
- Portable audio players
- Food or drinks, except for closed water bottles or snacks which can be consumed at the break
