Women's Lunch Place Non Sibi Project with Erin Eggert Brenner ’91

Women's Lunch Place

67 Newbury Street, Boston MA 02116

Offering a hot meal and a safe space for women since 1982, The Women's Lunch Place serves over 100,000 meals to roughly 1,500 self-identifying women annually. This year, 5-6 Andover volunteers are needed to serve as Meal Program Assistants, to support kitchen staff with food preparation, serving meals, and clean-up.

Specific responsibilities include:
Assist in prepping and cooking meals
Help keep kitchen clean and organized
Retrieve and lift food supplies from fridge or pantry
Unpack, sort, and inspect deliveries
Run dishwasher and put dishes/pots away
Help prepare to-go boxes of meals

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, or 16 years with parental consent.
