Nancy Jeton

Once served as the Community Development Director for the Town of Andover

Nancy Jeton, Special Assistant to the Head of School assumed the newly created position in 2006. She has three portfolios: (1) support for the Head of School and his office; (2) chief of staff to the senior management team; (3) primary staff to the Board of Trustees. Her priorities across these realms are continued focus on strategic priorities and management of information flow in support of informed decision-making. Ms. Jeton came to Andover from a first career in urban planning. She co-led the 2015 Athletic Facilities Master Plan and 2016 Campus Master Plan task forces, serves on the Facilities Committee, the Campus Design Review Committee, and on the planning and design committees for major capital projects. She served on the 2014 Strategic Plan task force and staffed the trustee task forces on the outreach programs and the Addison Gallery. From 1997 through 2008 she was a trustee of Dartmouth College. She and her husband Peter raised their two children in Australia, Japan, France and the United States. She is a graduate of the Columbia School in Rochester, N.Y. She received an A.B. in Geography and Urban Studies from Dartmouth College and an M.R.P. from the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
