Jessica Pierre-Chery

Psychological Counselor and Wellness Educator

Jessica is a Licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She obtained her Masters degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University and her Doctorate from William James College. Jessica completed an APA accredited predoctoral internship at Boston University's Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology and postdoctoral fellowship at Brandeis University Counseling Center. She is passionate about trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive care and has interests in the integration of' spirituality in counseling. Jessica joined the Phillips Academy community as a Psychological Counselor and Wellness Educator in 2017 and was formerly a counseling intern in the 2015-2016 school year. She enjoys counseling students, facilitating mental health workshops, teaching EBI, advising, and serving as a Wellness Liaison to CAMD. Jessica sings, paints, and enjoys being creative in her free time and she lives on campus with her family.
