
Jenny K. Elliott ’94, P’22
“Students do best when they take advantage of Andover's support structures while tapping into their own developing values.”Jenny Elliott ’94, Assistant Head for Residential Life/Dean of Students, manages Andover’s residential cluster system, which includes five deans who head up a campus network of adults dedicated to student programming and support. She also oversees residential and day student life and plays a lead role in community building and matters of discipline. She also teaches history and social science and is a girls’ squash coach. Prior to her appointment in 2015, Elliott served as dean of Abbot Cluster from 2012-2015. A 1994 graduate of PA, she returned to Andover in 2010 with extensive experience in independent school teaching and administration. She taught history and served as associate dean of students/dean of resident faculty at the Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, Calif. She also taught, coached and served as a dean of students at Westminster School Simsbury, Conn. Elliott holds an M.E. from Lesley College and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
