Dustin Bradley

Associate Director

Dustin Bradley, Associate Director of College Counseling is new to Phillips Andover for the 2020-2021 academic year. He brings 5+ years of college counseling and holistic college readiness support experience from public school and university settings. Dustin most recently served as a college counselor at a preparatory high school in Boston, MA. Before moving to Massachusetts in 2018, Dustin counseled high school students for the University of Wisconsin-Madison's PEOPLE pre-college program which prepares students from underrepresented backgrounds for admission into Wisconsin's flagship university. Prior to PEOPLE, Dustin served as a Youth Programs Director with Dane County, Wisconsin, designing social-emotional support programming and community service learning at various after-school sites. He earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
