Information for the PSAT on Wednesday, October 12th

Registration for the PSAT will run from Tuesday, September 7 through noon on Tuesday September 13 for PA Uppers and Lowers. Students will be sent a registration link and will register via a Google doc managed by the Standardized Testing Office.

Testing will take place in:

Snyder Center – Uppers and some Lowers

Morse Hall – Some Lowers and all testers with accommodations

Test Day Instructions:

Students should arrive at the Snyder Center and Morse Hall by 7:45am. Masking is optional. Seating charts will be posted in the lobby.

Breakfast will be available from Commons starting at 7am.

Students MUST bring the following:

  • A picture ID (students without an ID will not be admitted). Acceptable IDs are School IDs, Driver’s License or Passports.

There is no Admission Ticket for this exam.

  • A supply of # 2 pencils, not mechanical pencils
  • An approved calculator, with extra batteries

Students should not bring the following:

  • Cell phones, smart watches, fit bits
  • Pens, notes, books, dictionaries, or scratch paper
  • Rulers, protractors or compass
  • Electronics, computers or portable listening devices.
  • Food or drinks, except for closed water bottles or snacks which can be consumed at the break

Parents are not allowed in the testing building at any time. Students can only be dismissed when the test finishes. The PSAT exam ends at approximately 12:00pm. Students may not be dismissed early.
