- delivering the highest quality systems at a reasonable cost
within the resources available

use of information resources and technologies
- providing all members of the Phillips Academy community access
to the external and internal information resources needed to acquire
knowledge and develop competencies that are required to meet the
academy's mission

members of the Office of Technology, we embrace the following team
norms:

Withhold judgement and hear each other out.
2. Try to resolve problems without blaming.
3. Let everyone have his or her say.
4. Don't interrupt while someone is talking.
5. Start and end meetings on time.
6. Ask for help if you need it.
7. If you don't understand something, ask questions.
8. Offer help if you see it's needed.
9. If you have an issue with someone, address it directly with that
person.
10. Appreciate others for their efforts.
11. Notice what we've done well, not just what we've done wrong.
12. Accept everyone's views as real and important to them.
