Please Note:
Common attachment types such as Microsoft Office will not be blocked by this process
(Word - .doc, Excel - .xls, PowerPoint - .ppt).

In order to receive a legitimate attachment with one of the following extensions, have the sender rename the file extension to ".txt" and resend it. Then save the attachment to your computer and rename the extension to the original attachment type, i.e. rename test.txt to test.mdb (if it is an Access database).

Here is a list of the attachments that are currently blocked. Please review the list of affected
extensions carefully.
