Parents & Students - Ordering instructions

Through the effort of the Phillips Academy Student Council, Andover has established an online student account with W.B. Mason that allows students to order goods with a credit card at a discount. Supplies are purchased through the W.B. Mason web site.

Follow these directions to order supplies that will be delivered to you at Central Services.

  1. Log onto www.wbMason.com

  2. Click "login" on the right-hand side.

  3. Enter the username: student and the password: student

  4. Place your order using these simple tools:

  5. BROWSE CATALOG - Fill in the designated fields with information.

  6. FLASH ORDER FORM - Enter the manufacturers prefix, as found in the catalog, as well as the part number. Once product is entered, you have created your own order and a reference number will appear on the right-hand side of the screen under "My Shopping Cart."

  7. MACHINE MATCHING TOOL - Identify your machine by type, manufacturer and model to find the correct consumable.

  8. VIEW CART — See what's in your basket.

  9. MY FAVORITES — Build a favorites list of product that will be ordered frequently.

  10. Check Out. Default Shipping is Central Services. Please do not alter this shipping, as there is a designated area in Central Services for all student orders. In the suite section of the shipping address, please reference your name. If there is not a name present Central Services will not be able to contact you and the order may be returned. All purchases are paid for with credit card. Please reference the specific credit card information as it appears on your card. You are now ready to submit your order.
