Pre-application Form

Candidates for admission must complete this pre-application form and return it with an essay of approximately 500 words sharing something about themselves and their interest in mathematics and science.

Students are strongly encouraged to submit pre-application forms much earlier than the deadline, which is December 10, 2007. This will allow them to have more time to complete their full application packet. The full application packet must be post-marked by January 17, 2008.

Factors that play a role in admission:

The program primarily focuses on urban areas and economically disadvantaged students.

The program accepts African-American and Latino/a students from public schools in Atlanta, Ga.; Baltimore, Md.; Boston, Mass.; Chicago, Ill.; Cleveland, Ohio; Fort Worth, Texas; Lawrence, Mass.; Louisville, Ky.; Memphis, Tenn.; New York, NY; and Washington, D.C. Native-American students may apply from any geographic area of the United States.
