National Library of Medicine's database of eleven million citations.

From Web M.D., an extensive medical and health site offering a wide
range of topics and catering to different levels of interest. Maintains
a journal article database and a search engine for locating needed materials.
Users must register, but the service is free.
- HighWire
Access to over 4,500 medical journals, some available full text.
Search both HighWire and Medline simultaneously.

This government science portal searches U.S. government science and
technology sites. Choose up to ten resources to search, websites plus
a number of databases including PubMed from the National Library of
Medicine. The result list is separated by the chosen resources.

This well organized and authoritative website has health news of current
interest, hot topics and research studies.
