Foreign Language Movies

What?
The OWHL maintains a diverse collection of foreign language films on VHS and DVD.  We actively collect films in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish.

When?
You may check out a foreign language film any time the library is open.  The loan period for DVDs is 3 days.

Where?
The foreign language films are located in the main lobby of the library, and are interfiled with our English-language DVDs.

How?
You can find a film by searching the OWHL catalog by title. To narrow your search by language, add the language to your search.  For example, “Foreign films French” in your search will display our French foreign language films in the search results.
Alternatively, you can find a foreign language film by browsing our DVD collection.   Be sure to look for a blue dot on the spine of the movie case.  All movies labeled with a blue dot are Foreign language films.
