The College Board's College Search

Updated annually, this service allows you to search The College Board's database of over 3,200 two- and four-year colleges. You can search by school name or set your own criteria based on the school's location, academic programs and financial aid policies.

Peterson's College Quest

This is a free service, but you will need to create a member name and password to log on. At the bottom of your profile, you can opt to receive information about Peterson's and their advertiser's products and services and a monthly newsletter called "InSites." If you are NOT interested in receiving these notices, be sure to disable both check boxes when you register.

The Princeton Review
This is the home of Apply! On-line, the Web-based version of the software that let's you fill college application forms out on the computer. The Princeton Review's site will also give you access to test prep course schedules, publications and college rankings.

Can't get to California to visit colleges on the West Coast? Why not let the college come to you?! From this site, you can order the admissions videos from your favorite colleges - or watch them online.

College View

College View's College Search feature offers profiles of over 3,800 colleges and universities and information on financial aid and scholarships.

College Xpress

Great graphics on this site lead you through the college search. Click on the "Sports Complex" for information about athletics, estimate your financial aid package at the "Financial Aid Office," and apply online at the "Admissions Office." There is even a Parents' Corner for parents who want to know how best to support their children through the process.
