Prospective Varsity Student-Athlete Form

Welcome to the Andover Student-Athlete web page and thank you for your interest in athletics at Andover. This page is intended for students who anticipate playing at the varsity level here at Andover. The information submitted will be sent directly to the varsity head coaches of the sports selected. Please do your best to include all relevant information about yourself as an athlete and a student.

Please recognize that the varsity coaches here are also teachers, administrators, house counselors and advisors and thus we cannot guarantee an immediate response. Please use patience and respect the fact that many coaches may not be able to contact all interested student-athletes right away.

If you are reapplying to Andover please do take the time to update the information on record. This information will be passed along directly to the coaches and they will be able to update your profile on record as necessary.

Lastly, please feel free to contact the admission office directly to begin the application process (phone number 978-749-4050). The best first step is to set up an on campus visit if possible. At the time of the school visit students and families can request to meet with individual coaches.
