Education and Outreach: College and Adult Groups |

College Classes
College and university instructors of art and the humanities are encouraged to bring their students to the museum. Instructors may request a guided tour tailored to suit the needs and interests of the class, or may lead a class on their own.
For self-guided visits, we ask instructors to contact the Education Department at least one week in advance to inform us of the date and time you wish to visit and the number of students you expect to bring. |

Adult Groups
Adult and community groups of 8 or more may request a guided tour with a museum educator. Tours range from brief introductions to the museum (10 minutes) to comprehensive tours of specific exhibitions (up to 90 minutes).
If you do not request a guide, we ask groups of 8 or more to call ahead to inform us of their visit or to schedule an introductory tour. Tours are free but donations are gladly accepted. |

Guided visits are arranged as follows:
- View the current exhibitions to determine which exhibitions you would like to tour.
- Select a few possible dates and times to visit the gallery. Guided tours for groups of up to 55 individuals are offered Tuesday-Friday, 10AM-4PM (groups of 30 or more will be split into two groups). Tours of one or more of the current exhibitions range from 45-90 minutes and can be designed to suit the needs and interests of the group.
- At least three weeks in advance, and preferably more, contact Amy Freedberg at (978) 749-4037 or afreedberg@andover.edu to schedule the visit and discuss any specific requests you may have.
