Dining Services
Our five-week Summer Session services vary just slightly from the academic year.
In the summer, we offer more cold entrees and sandwiches, a more expansive deli selection and a Friday night cookout. At dinner we also have two exhibition “sizzle” stations where students can get made to order food like chicken teriyaki with vegetables over sticky rice and made to order chicken fajita’s with toppings.

Our menu features foods from around the world and
a vegetarian offering is available at each meal.
Most of our food is made on the premises using only high quality, wholesome ingredients purchased from local purveyors.
Our staff is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions and at every meal we offer:
- gluten-free cereals and breads
- soy milk
- Lactaid
- fresh fruits and yogurts
