College Counseling Program
Afternoon Workshops
These workshops are really 70-minute classes taught by experts from college admissions offices or high school college counseling offices. Each workshop focuses on an important state of the research and application processes for U.S. colleges. Even if you only just started high school, each session presents an excellent opportunity to start thinking about college. For those about to enter the senior year and for international students, it provides a gold mine of information. Workshops meet from 1:40 to 2:50 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
College Trips
This past summer, trips were offered to nine colleges in the New England area. Students sign up for each week's trips at Milk and Cookies on the Thursday before the scheduled trip. All trips occur on Wednesday.
"These trips allowed me to put my college selection list into perspective and it also enhanced my awareness of the college selection process."
College Fair
Representatives from approximately 100 colleges come together to meet students, answer questions and distribute information
Individual College Counseling
Students have the opportunity to schedule an individual counseling session during office hours.
