Club Description

The Andover Economics Society is a club formed with the intention of educating the PA student body about economics and financial markets. The Society accomplishes this through investing its own endowment; bringing relevant figures to campus to speak to the student body; and stock market and economics competitions.

Geared to novice investors, we emphasize the basic principles of sound investing as we manage our portfolio throughout the year. Each member is part of a small team responsible for overseeing AES’ investments in a specific sector. This structure encourages teamwork and interaction, and helps members gain confidence.
