The BlueCard is Phillips Academy’s ID card and is issued to all students, faculty and staff. The card is used for identification, for building access, as a library card and as a stored value card to make purchases both on and off campus. The BlueCard is the only accepted form of payment at most on-campus locations, including the Art Store and Athletic Stockroom, for purchasing music supplies and for school sponsored off-campus trips.

Listed below are all locations where the BlueCard is accepted:

On campus:

  • Art Store
  • Athletic Equipment Room
  • Central Services (Mail Room)
  • Isham Health Center
  • Susie's in Paresky Commons
  • Polk-Lillard Center
  • The Skating Office, Pro Shop and Snack Bar at the Harrison Ice Rink
  • Music Office
  • Berkshire Natural Vending Machines

Off campus:

The BlueCard has three separate accounts: Bookstore Fund which can only be used for textbook purchases made online at Follett; PA Campus Fund which is good at any location on campus; and BlueBucks Fund which can be used both on and off campus but not online at Follett. Money can be added to the BlueCard online with a credit card or, in person, with cash or a check.

All new students are assigned a username and password. This username/password is shared by both students and their parents and is used for the duration of a student's time at Phillips Academy. If you do not know your login information, please contact the BlueCard office at

For more information and to log in to your BlueCard account visit the BlueCard Information homepage on PA Net.
