The dean of students is primarily responsible for leading, coordinating, supporting, and evaluating the cluster deans, as well as monitoring all aspects of student life on campus.

The associate dean of students is primarily responsible for residential life education curriculum including the Juniors Program, the Wellness Week program, and PACE (Personal and Community Education) as well as the All School Meeting.
