“It’s insane how many people come to the games to cheer for our teams.”

Christopher - Class of 2010 Boxford, Massachusetts

Chris is a two-sport varsity athlete who transferred to PA for more than just the chance to play for Big Blue. For this day student from Boxford, the opportunity to study Russian was as important a factor in his decision to come here as playing hockey and lacrosse.

“I take sports very seriously, but making good grades and getting involved are important to me too,” he says. “I want to succeed on every level.”

Though he describes the PA environment as competitive, Chris says the people here are what make the school special. “You will not meet nicer or more helpful faculty, students and coaches at any other prep school or public high school,” he says. “And the fans! It’s insane how many people come to the games to cheer for our teams.”

Off the playing fields, Chris has enjoyed making friends with people from all over the world – friendships he believes will stand the test of time. “Every day that I come to school I’m happy to see people, and everyone I see looks just as happy to be here. For me, it’s a dream come true.”
