All Regular Time ACT exams on Saturday, September 10, 2016 will be held in Smith Center. All exams with accommodation will be held in Bulfinch Hall.

ACT Test Day Instructions:

Students should arrive at the Test Center by 7:45am. Seating Charts will be posted in The Cage adjacent to Smith. Arrows will direct extended time students to Bulfinch Hall which is just around the corner from Smith. A Proctor will be outside to direct students.

Students should wait to be called into the testing room. Students will be seated at approximately 8:00am. If you arrive after 8:00 am you are considered late and you may forfeit your seat.

Smith Center is located at 212 Main Street, at the intersection with Dwight Street. Parking will be available in Smith/Borden Gym lot or down Field House Road near the tennis courts and football stadium. Signs will be posted.

Students wishing to test on a Stand-By basis must have a Stand-By Admission Ticket available at Stand By testers will be listed at the end of the seating chart.

Parents are not allowed in the testing room or to remain in the test building during the test.

Students MUST HAVE the following:

  • Your printed ACT Admission Ticket
  • Proper identification (driver’s license, passport, school ID)

Students should bring the following:

  • Sharpened #2 pencils
  • A good eraser
  • Approved calculator, with extra batteries

Students should not bring the following:

  • Cell Phones, Smart Watches
  • Books or papers,
  • Pens, highlighters, or colored pencils,
  • Recording or other electronic devices

Students can only be dismissed when the test finishes. ACTs, without Writing, end at approximately 12:15 p.m. ACT’s Plus Writing, normally end at approximately 1:00p.m. Students may not be dismissed early.
