10-10 SATs
SATs on Saturday, October 10, 2009
Students with Standard Testing:
SAT Reasoning test will be held in Smith Center
SAT Subject test will be held in Morse Hall
All Nonstandard SAT Exams will be held in Bulfinch Hall
(signs will be posted on Salem Street and Route 28)
Test Day Instructions:
Students should arrive by 7:45 am and be seated and ready to test by 8:00am. Students will find seating charts posted in the lobby of the test building. They should find their name on the roster and determine the room, row, and seat they will be tested in.
Students will be admitted to testing rooms at approximately 8:00am. Parents are not allowed in the testing room or to remain in the test building during the test.
Students can only be dismissed when the test finishes. SAT Reasoning exam ends at approximately 1:15pm. Students may not be dismissed early.
SAT Subject exam students may leave at the end of any of the three tests. Each test last approximately one hour.
Students should bring the following:
- A picture ID (students without an ID will not be admitted). Acceptable IDs are School IDs, Driver’s License or Passports.
- Test Admission ticket
- a supply of # 2 pencils
- an approved calculator, with extra batteries
(for Math Reasoning or Math Subject tests only
Students should not bring the following:
- Pens
- Cell phones
- Notes, books, dictionaries, or scratch paper
- Rulers, protractors or compass
- Food or drinks, except for closed water bottles or snacks which can be consumed at the break
- PDAs, computers or portable listening devices.
Directions to the Smith Center:
Directions: (From Rt. 93N take Exit 41 (Rt.125), bear right off exit for 2 mi. to jct. of Rt. 28. Go north on Rt. 28 for approx. 4 mi. to campus. Just before Bell Tower, turn right into parking area at the rear of the gym. From 495 take Exit 41, Rt. 28. Go south through town. Go through the light at the Bell Tower and take next left into parking area)
Directions to Morse Hall: Morse Hall is on the North (right side of Salem Street). Student should park or be dropped on Salem Street. Students should cross to the North Side of Campus and walk up the path at the cross walk. Morse Hall is the second building to the right of walkway, across from the Dining Commons. Signs will be out identifying the building.
