Support & Services
One of the main functions of the Technology Office is to offer support and special services. Our Help Desk is the central hub for daily support. Helpdesk personnel are available in ERDL (basement of the Library) and answer the Help line at x4357 for phone assistance or walk-in support during the hours of 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. After hours, the Phillips Academy Computer Center staff answer the help desk line, as well as assist walk-ins. The Techmasters, a student-run organization, help address personal computer issues for students in their dorms.
