The Director's Circle
The Addison Gallery’s Director’s Circle recognizes those Friends of the Addison who provide annual leadership support of $1,000 or more. Gifts from members of the Director’s Circle make a vital and substantial contribution to the Addison, helping to make it possible for the museum to offer a wide range of exhibitions every year, to care for its extraordinary collection, to maintain a free admission policy, and to partner with teachers and students from area schools on diverse education initiatives.
Through their leadership and generosity, members of the Addison’s Director’s Circle support every aspect of the Addison’s mission. In appreciation of their commitment, every year the Addison presents a series of special programs for members of the Director’s Circle that offer opportunities to join with other Addison friends for in-depth explorations of current exhibitions, private collections, and new museum installations with curators and experts in the field. Additional benefits of membership in the Director’s Circle include:
• Complimentary copies of Addison exhibition catalogues
• A 10 percent discount on purchases at the Addison’s shop
• A 10 percent discount on food purchases at Samuel’s restaurant at the Andover Inn
• A 25 percent discount when hosting a private event at the Addison
• Recognition in the Addison Gallery’s annual report
How to Give
A gift can be made online through Phillips Academy's secure website. Be sure to select "Addison Gallery of American Art" in the “Designation” drop-down menu on step two of the online giving form. You can also specify there that you would like to make your gift in honor or in memory of a friend or family member.
