Collaboration, consultation and support for enhancing student learning with technology
The Educational Initiatives (EI) unit in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) works with and supports faculty as they consider new approaches to facilitating student learning. The EI team includes specialists in both pedagogy and technology, such as web tools, software, video, learning management systems, audio/visual equipment, multimedia production, and more. We can offer various forms of support: pedagogical consultation, materials creation, technical support, research, vetting and selecting tools, piloting and testing, lesson planning, and general assistance and advice. We work in close collaboration with many partners across campus and can help you to figure out how best to connect with additional resources.
