The Boys of St. Paul's Choir

Start Date: January 18 3:30 PM
This event is open to the public

The musically intensive and academically rigorous Saint Paul’s Choir School in Cambridge, Mass., educates boys in grades four through eight in the rich music tradition of the Roman Catholic Church. Directed by John Robinson, the choir sings at the major liturgies of St. Paul’s Church and has toured internationally.

“The clarity, purity, and power of the voices of these well-trained boy sopranos is phenomenal,” says Thomas Burnett ’15, a Saint Paul’s Choir School alumnus. “Their tone and range simply cannot be matched by adult singers.” The choir will sing a variety of English liturgical choral music, motets, and Gregorian chants.

Christmas in Harvard Square, the choir’s first CD, was recently released to overwhelming public and media acclaim.
