Head Coach
Paul Murphy
Coaching the Girls Varsity Swim team since 1991, Paul Murphy '84 has helped Andover consistently place in the top 3 teams in New England (out of 35 teams). New England Champions in 2009, 2002-2006, and 1998 (in a tie with Exeter), the team was also the Runner-up in 2011, 2010, 2001 and 2000. In 2013, the team competed in the Eastern Interscholastic Swim/Dive Championship, hosted by Germantown Academy, in Philadelphia, PA and placed 4th overall. Coach Murphy has coached 24 All-American swimmers, has compiled a career record of 157-29-3 by the close of the 2013 season and been named Coach of the Year by the Eagle Tribune in 2003, 2005 and 2011. Coach Murphy also teaches in the math department and serves as the Dean of Students & Residential Life. He lives on campus with his wife, Debby Burdett Murphy '86, Director of Alumni Affairs, and their three children.

Diving
Belinda Wolf Canavan
A 5-time All American herself, Belinda Wolf Canavan has been coaching diving at Andover since 1991. During that time, she has coached 2 All American divers and coached one diver to New England Records (2011 and 2012) and Eastern Interscholastic Records (2013) in diving. She also coaches SLAM in the fall and winter.
