Keep on trucking...

While BJV2 suffered a 0-8 loss against Berwick Academy, the Big Blue came out strong during the first quarter, as Andrew Wilson challenged the Berwick goalie with four shots. During the second half, Berwick fought back and fiercely attacked our net, but Terrence Arjoon and the defensive line maintained a strong and contained defense. In man down situations, Wincek, Burke, Ha and Danner put steady pressure on Berwick's attackmen, effectively killing away penalty time. Both Jimmy Philps and Colton Dempsey fought for ground balls throughout the game, never giving up the Big Blue intensity. Ben Scharf had his first goalie debut during the fourth quarter, and both goalies displayed amazing reflex and an outstanding performance. Our last game is away against Governor's Academy for a rematch at 2:00pm on 5/16.
