PA Loses at Governor's Academy

BJV2 traveled to Governor's Academy on May 16th for its final game of the season. With just enough players for the game, the Big Blue never backed down and played its hardest from beginning to end. In an outstanding first quarter, Michael Wincek and Bernhard Fasenfest put their sticks in the air and intercepted several passes from Governor's attackmen. Brian Ha showed its best performance of the year, tenaciously pressuring the GA offense and fighting for ground balls. Hyden and Miles put great effort to chase after each shot, helping the Big Blue maintain possession of the ball. Dempsey, Jimmy, Nikhil and Horner displayed amazing speed throughout the game despite an exhausting first half. During the fourth quarter, Big Blue answered Governor's with three goals from our very own, Christian, Ben Sharf and Tyler Kirsch. Terrence also had his best game of the season, demonstrating quick reflex and blocking two amazing bounce shots. Despite the fact that BJV2 suffered a 3-7 loss, the coaches are proud of the team for an amazing performance to end the season. Congratulations on a great season!
