On one of the most soggy days EVER, Andover and Exeter battled in a dry gym for the second meeting of the season. The author has little to go on other than the memory of the day a mere 10 hours ago; stats and records of the game, kept in a pocket of a rain jacket, were drenched in the ensuing hours when spectating the football game. Let's just say that this rain jacket is not nearly as rain proof as it was advertised to be. Suffice it to say that Exeter played a much better party this second time around and kept even with Andover in the first and second sets, even taking a lead at crucial times. In the long run Andover prevailed. In set 3 Exeter's spirit faded and they committed more errors than Andover did.
Many thanks to ALL the fans. We look forward to the post-season play. Word of who our next opponent should be will be issued by the league officers onSunday/Monday to the Athletic Directors.
