Interests
However imperfectly, teaching has allowed me to believe in Robert Frost’s object of living – “to unite my vocation and my avocation as my two eyes make one in sight.” My interest in French culture, language, and literature led to teaching French and writing French books. Similarly, practicing yoga led to coaching it. Vacations include lots of walking, whether across Brittany or on the Bay Circuit. I like gardening, cooking, reading, going to movies, and most of all, my family.
