Profile:
As a teacher, I am interested in helping students explore how sacred scriptures work and how communities of faith address perennial questions and concerns. I also enjoy guiding students through the history of ideas and culture. Outside of class, I like to spend time with my family seeing relatives, taking road trips, camping, and going to the beach. Other interests include training in martial arts, watching films, and eating sushi and/or dumplings. My wife Abby and I live on campus with our four children: Josiah, Olivia, Ana, and Cato.
