Interests
In addition to the time I spend teaching, I find that it is crucial for me to spend time making art. Developing assignments, working with students on their projects, and helping students to discover, develop, and channel their own creativity is challenging and rewarding. Setting aside blocks of time for my own art serves to reinforce my teaching and my belief that creative process is an indispensable force in all aspects of life.
