Strategic Plan

Approved by the Board of Trustees in October 2004, the Strategic Plan is focused on one ambitious goal that places students at the center of our endeavor:

To reaffirm the mission of Phillips Academy to be a school that educates outstanding youth from every quarter by effectively challenging them to develop their potential and to depart as thoughtful, versatile, responsible participants in the global community.

The plan comprises three components, each with its own set of objectives -- access for students, academic excellence, and support for faculty -- followed by four sets of operational goals.
