Office of Communication

The Office of Communication seeks to build, promote, and protect the reputation and legacy of Phillips Academy. Keeping with the objectives of the Academy’s Strategic Plan, our goal is to tell the stories of PA through an integrated program that includes print publications, the Academy’s Web site, e-communications, and media relations.

Our team manages more than 200 print and electronic publications, including the Andover Bulletin and the Andover Gazette; oversees all Web site content; generates press releases; and handles media relations, including press inquiries.

Tracy M. Sweet

Victoria A. Harnish

Jean E. Olsen

  • Coordinate print projects and mailing requirements for most publications, including the Andover Bulletin
  • Prepare some publications for print, obtain estimates and schedule production with staff and vendors
  • Serve as Communication Office administrative assistant and office manager, with responsibility for scheduling, orders, invoices and public interface
