Interests
I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. Before coming to Andover, I taught Spanish both at the high school and university level. I hosted and created curriculum for four educational TV programs about Puerto Rico and Colombia. Since arriving at Andover, I became involved with the CAMD office to help establish Alianza Latina, the main goal of which is to support Latino students on campus and educate the community about Latin American cultures. My hobbies are singing and helping my two children grow up to be bilingual and bicultural.
